Nam Ban Wellness “Paradise” Master Plan, scale 1/10,000
The 15,400 Ha project site of Nam Ban town and neighbouring communes is located in Lam Ha district, Lam Dong province, and close to Da Lat, the Provincial Capital, and the Tourism Destination in the Central Highlands of Vietnam.
Da Lat Metropolitan will be expanding into the neighbouring towns, including Nam Ban, creating a strong regional centre that transform its economy to become one of the Grade 1 cities directly under the Central Government by 2045.
Being one of the satellite towns of Da Lat, Nam Ban is envisioned to transform from the existing agricultural-based town into a Green and Wellness Destination, complementing Da Lat the centre of administration, finance and tourism.
Nam Ban will become a new centre for Green Economy, Green Tourism, Wellness, Culture and Lifestyle.
As the population is anticipated to grow drastically from 36,000 people to about 150,000 people in 2030 and 230,000 people in 2050, Nam Ban will expand its urban area to accommodate and integrate the surrounding towns, ensuring well planned expansion into the future.
Hence, twelve key projects are proposed to attract investments, talents and improve the quality of life as follows:
- Green infrastructure projects
- Reforestation, greening & establishment of green network

- Nam Ban Civic, Cultural and Art district
